E.R.C. does its wetlands delineation pricing by acreage and location on a fixed price basis. This pricing policy allows our clients (mainly engineers and surveyors) to quote costs to their clients or cost out the wetlands delineation part of their proposals. We are noted for our speedy service and careful delineations. We customarily have a site delineated within 8-12 days of receiving plans unless weather or the size of the site imposes limitations. A complete report with a flagging sketch is included in the cost of our surveys. Large sites may require deposits.

The fact that we have reviewed wetlands on sites for over 32 years with wetland project numbers over 25,000 gives us a unique experience in which to accurately judge wetlands and their boundaries.
